At Kappi, your pup’s happiness (and yours!) means everything to us. If for any reason you or your dog aren’t 100% satisfied with your treats, we’re here to help.
Because our products are perishable and made for pets, we don’t accept returns. However, if there’s an issue with your order—whether something arrived damaged, your pup turned up their nose, or anything just isn’t quite right—reach out to us within 14 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to make it right, whether that means a refund, replacement, or store credit.
Just send us an email at info@kappipets.com, and include your order number and a quick note or photo of the issue if possible. We want every tail wagging and every paw happy!
